A bunch of pictures I've taken over the last 6 months from my 42nd story window, from Winter sunsets to beautiful spring days to vigorous spring storms:
Winter Sunset:
A Cold Winter evening:
An orange-cloud sunset:
A crappy Winter day:
A Winter morning, mid-altitude cloud deck, with super clear air underneath -- I was able to photograph Michigan and Indiana:
A severe Spring Storm, followed by some cool clouds and the biggest rainbow I've ever seen:
A superb, Chicago, late Spring Saturday:
These last two pictures taken from Montrose Harbor, facing West, October 2009. Meteorologically speaking, this sky is “severe clear.”
